Hotel is 3 min from airport. Called for shuttle pickup at 6:40 am after 4 hour red eye flight. Was told shuttle already left hotel and would not pick us up until 7:30. We called a Lift who picked us up in 4 minutes and dropped us off at our car at Days Inn before 7am.

This hotel is in serious need of updating. It’s old and very worn. With that being said it was clean. You have to manually open doors when entering with luggage and luggage cart used came apart. The pool is as they say under construction but that obviously isn’t the case. The staff we met were nice and polite. Our morning trip to the airport was provided but a friend who just happened to be in the lobby, because the van driver was caught up in conversation traffic. The young lady was nice but I don’t use those services because you have no idea of the condition of the vehicle and I have severe allergies and asthma. The driver who picked us up upon return was helpful, friendly and polite! A real gentleman!

The hotel was convenient to the airport and provided shuttle service. The front desk was amazing! The person that helped us was quick and friendly. I spent the night and parked my car there for the week and took the shuttle to the airport. The parking was great! My car was exactly as I left it, shuttle on time, and my flight was delayed 2 hours on return, and they were very understanding about picking my car up late. I was not penalized. I will definitely do this again!

Staff is great and very helpful. Rooms are dated but clean. Great place t leave a vehicle when we travel by air. Only issue we had was airline was well over an hour late which got us in past shuttle hours. Staff offered to help get us there by giving us a contact for a taxi but we were able to take an Uber over. Really appreciated the offer after a long day.

Overall the hotel stay was decent. Definitely not a 5 star facility but it served us well for a good nights sleep. The facility was a mile away from the airport so our shuttle ride to and from the airport was quick and easy. The parking lot was secure with sufficient space and lighting. The lot is not covered. I’d recommend this location 7/10 times.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The write up of what was offered was wrong. Breakfast it stated started at 4:30Am it did not start until 6:00. It said there were evening snacks which, there is not. Shuttle driver comes in at 5:00 AM, not 24 hour. The hotel said it had tried to get the write up corrected but the websites are not updating it. The room was clean and comfortable.

Waited for shuttle for 55 minutes!! Had to call twice and spoke to same person who acted like I didn’t call the first time!!! When I arrived I spoke to assistant manager who showed no interest whatsoever in what had occurred and made a face at the front desk manager as if to say who cares!!! The shuttle van reeked if smoke . I have stayed here on my trips about 3 years now and no upgrades to the facility have been done!! Saw a used condom in front of hotel and a condom packet in the parking lot near my car!!! 🤮

The room we were in was nice except with the curtains . I know you have been renovating that’s why I only took off 1 star. So when we’re back for our next stay I can have y’all 5 plus. Also we left our vehicle while gone . It was safe and was quick on picking us up at airport when we arrived back . Thank you…

The room was adequate; however, for a non smoking room it was apparent it had been smoke in. Otherwise, the room worked great!
